Why? Because Elsa Benedict, a Real Estate Broker with 35 years of experience, wants to share all she knows about the business—and trust us, it’s a lot! At Learn Real Estate Early, we take the mystery out of real estate. We help young adults launch into their first purchase much younger because we know that it’s a timing thing. Buy young, build equity longer!
Whether it’s a first home purchase or your first investment property, we teach you how to make it happen!

Elsa Benedict has been in the real estate business for more than 35 years and has a lot to share! In this class, you’ll learn all about real estate, why you should buy it, and how it can build your financial future exponentially! Real Estate is one of the greatest ways to build wealth—everyone should have a clear understanding of how it works, why it works, and how to buy your first home. She shares the steps necessary to buy your first home or your first investment property, and she touches on renting a home or condo from a landlord just to be sure all your bases are covered!
